The position also supports broker recognition, engagement, and education initiatives, gathers feedback for program improvement, and monitors performance metrics. You will analyze sales data, identify trends, and support presentations for leadership. Ensuring adherence to policies and compliance standards, identifying risks, and supporting training efforts are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide strategic insight to the executive team on pricing and marketing, and assist with planning strategic activities for the broker program.
