About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide fast, friendly service in a high-energy coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, prepare quality drinks, and bring positive energy to every shift. The role is physically demanding and involves working on your feet, moving quickly, and serving a steady flow of customers, including during inclement weather. Shifts may last up to 10 hours. The team provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus an average of $3.50 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary.

Requirements
