About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Los Banos, California. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, physically demanding customer service role in which you will represent Dutch Bros, connect with customers, prepare quality drinks, and contribute positive energy on every shift. The work involves standing and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers, including shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas work closely with their crew, serve in varying weather conditions, and keep their workspace clean while following food safety standards. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $20.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $3.50 per hour; actual tips may vary.
