Requirements
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
- Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
- Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English.
- Other language fluency is highly valued.
- Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication happens regularly.
- May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.

Responsibilities
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
- Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials.
- Be consistent in speed, quality, and service to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
- Be positive and make all your friends feel there is something in them.
- Show up to work on time and ready to go!
- Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
- Be prepared to support as needed when stuff comes up.
- Be generous through the window.
- Give opportunities to give back to the community.
- Participate in a tip pool after completing and passing Broista training.
