About The Position

Consistency in speed, quality, and service is key, as is maintaining a positive and reliable presence. Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• English proficiency (written, oral, and verbal) is required. Other language fluency is highly valued.
• May be required to do mental math.
• May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials.
• Ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support teammates as needed.
