About The Position

A Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, providing friendly, high-energy customer service while preparing quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves engaging customers, helping them navigate the menu, working efficiently during busy periods, and supporting the crew. Broistas maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety standards while bringing a positive, considerate attitude to every shift.

The position is physically demanding and requires standing and moving quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours, working in all weather conditions, and sometimes pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Employees must reliably arrive for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.
