About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy service and prepare quality drinks in a fast-paced shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them explore the menu, represent Dutch Bros values, and support their crew while maintaining a clean workspace and following food safety standards. The role involves working on your feet, moving quickly, serving a steady flow of customers, and working shifts of up to 10 hours in varying weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $7.25 per hour; actual tips may vary.
