Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time. Ensure you have reliable transportation and can be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• Mental math skills may be required.
• Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency is required.
• Other language fluency is highly valued.
• Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication happens regularly.
• May be expected to view things from near and/or far distances.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials.
• Be Consistent: Ensure the customer gets exactly what they ordered.
• Be Positive: Make all your friends feel there is something in them. Look at the sunny side of everything, and make your optimism come true.
• Be Reliable: Show up to work on time and ready to go! Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Help out: Be prepared to support as needed.
• Be generous through the window.
• Give opportunities to give back.
• Participate in a tip pool after completing and passing Broista training.
