Requirements

Strong knowledge of steak cuts, cooking temperatures, and meat preparation techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations.

A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is a plus!

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook premium steaks and other proteins to precise temperatures and specifications.
Operate and maintain high-temperature broilers safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control on every plate.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to execute service smoothly during high-volume periods.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
Follow all recipes, preparation methods, and restaurant standards.
Assist with prep work and station setup before service and breakdown after service.
