About The Position

This position assists breeder and broiler farms with vaccinations and collects blood and fat samples for testing. The role requires maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures, including the Company Biosecurity Guidelines and an agreement to avoid any avian species. The employee must be able to complete Tyson paperwork and read invoices, packing slips, and records of materials. Other duties may be assigned by the manager. The position is based in Robards, is first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and pays $20.05 per hour. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

Maintain 6.5 attendance points or fewer.
Have no disciplinary actions within the six months before the job posting.
Have no successful job bid within the six months before the job posting, unless the job is newly established.
Have at least three months of work history with one employer listed on the application.
Hold a valid driver's license and have a clear motor vehicle record.
Be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
