About The Position

The Brocks PM Server maintains high service standards, handles cashiering responsibilities, and manages check control procedures. This role involves serving all food and beverage items according to established procedures, assisting with busing tables, and ensuring meticulous service details such as refilling water glasses and clearing dirty dishes. The server is expected to exercise positive, warm hospitality and maintain knowledge of food items, requiring excellent communication and guest relations skills. The position is at the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa, recognized as a premier resort in central Alabama. Known as "The Castle", the resort recently underwent renovations and a pool expansion, and features the fifth-longest golf course globally. Its event spaces include 18 rooms, over 25,000 square feet, and can accommodate over 1,000 guests, hosting various events like weddings and corporate meetings.
