About The Position

The Maslow Media Group is seeking a full-time Broadcast Engineer in Charge (EIC) for their client, a worldwide outsourced production partner supporting premier content producers of live sports, entertainment, music, and corporate events. As the EIC, you will lead the daily activities of the mobile unit and provide the necessary maintenance to meet client requirements and operate to company standards. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in television production technology, with expertise in technology, production, and equipment for major commercial and cable TV networks. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with clients and individuals of all levels are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires willingness and ability to travel to live events as scheduled.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in television production technology with progressive managerial responsibility.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable television networks.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to interface with clients and provide a high level of service and support.
• Must be willing and able to travel to live events as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations.
