Broadcast Coordinator - Part Time
About The Position
The Broadcast Coordinator supports the Broadcast Department in planning, executing, and completing post-production for events at Hollywood Park, SoFi Stadium, and YouTube Theater. Events include major sporting events, concerts, private events, and other productions. The position also provides administrative support to multiple executives overseeing the Broadcast Operations & Production department. This is an onsite, part-time position in Inglewood, California, with normal hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekends may be required, and the position will not exceed 30 hours per week. The hourly range is $26.80–$32.55.
Requirements
- At least one year of administrative work experience.
- Ability to walk long distances across a large campus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Comfortable driving golf carts.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to maintain multiple event calendars at once.

- Experience working in video production, sports, or entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating Broadcast Operations & Production activities.
- Assist with event settlements and post-event reporting.
- Assist with event-week logistics and support.
- Coordinate calendars and meetings for department executives.
- Maintain the broadcast and event calendar.
- Coordinate building access and credentials.
- Coordinate and communicate regarding client event requests.
- Check the status of operations, lighting, audiovisual systems, cleanliness, and system operation, and correct aesthetic deficiencies.
- Learn and operate event software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage.
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies.
- Set up snacks and meals for the crew and break area.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
