About The Position

This role is essential for expanding the customer base through direct community engagement and sales activities. It involves presenting current broadband service offers and facilitating customer transitions to these services. The position requires consistent achievement of sales targets within the direct-to-consumer segment. Success is measured by meeting sales goals and supporting customer satisfaction through follow-up interactions. The work directly contributes to organizational growth and enhances customer experiences in new markets.

  • Less than 2 years Working in a target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (Preferred)
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP): Certification that demonstrates knowledge and skills in sales strategies, customer interaction, and closing techniques. (Preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP): Certification that enhances skills in delivering effective training and performance improvement interventions, useful for educating customers and teams about products. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention
  • Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
