Position Overview:
The Bridge Saw operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating the equipment to cut and prepare materials during the fabrication process.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow work orders, diagrams, and measurements accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cabinet, countertop, or stone fabrication a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Set up machines for daily production. Cut pieces to size using hard templates or cut to size dimensions.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or irregularities, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet production specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety policies and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain organized and efficient workflow in accordance with company standards.
