About The Position
Reading Truck in Claremore is now hiring a Saw Operator for 1st shift. The Saw Operator will operate a saw in the fabrication/weld department and perform material handling duties to support the department.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform typical saw operations such as run bend and forming operations
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee
- Maintain 5S work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
- Perform quality inspection of machined products
- Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
- Adhere to all safety procedures, processes, and PPE usage
- Drive and operate a sit-down forklift
- Perform other assignments as required
