About The Position

HDR is seeking a part-time Bridge Team intern for Spring and/or Summer 2027. The intern will gain hands-on experience on transportation projects, apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, and complete assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager. The role also provides opportunities to connect with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs. HDR does not provide financial assistance for relocation, housing, or related expenses.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Commitment to being an active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably have completed two years toward a degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to the field of study or industry.
• Local candidates preferred.
