About The Position

Requirements

10+ years of experience in bridge and heavy civil construction.
Advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
Willingness to travel for assignments throughout VT.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage bridge and heavy civil construction projects.
Apply advanced knowledge of steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, traffic control, carpentry, and earthwork.
Potentially work on railroad bridges, perform welding, operate equipment, and conduct drilling.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage and direct construction crews.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
