About The Position

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Bridge Engineer for their team in Little Rock, Arkansas! This role is responsible for transportation/roadway project designs, including grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings. The engineer will collaborate with various engineering disciplines, manage projects from start to finish, and assist with proposal and client development. Travel to job sites is required, and there will be opportunities to grow and mentor the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• PE License
• Experience with designing prestressed concrete/steel bridges and bridge analysis/design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, Lpile, SPColumn, MDX)
• Experience with ArDOT/KDOT/MoDOT Bridge Projects preferred
• Experience with MicroStation
• Proficient in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transportation/roadway project designs (grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings)
