About The Position

A multi-state design firm is seeking a Bridge Engineer to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves designing transportation and roadway projects, including grade separations, interchanges, and stream crossings. The engineer will collaborate with roadway traffic, geotechnical, and stormwater engineers on various projects, manage projects from inception to completion, and assist with proposal and client development. Additionally, the position requires travel to job sites as needed and includes responsibilities for growing and mentoring the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• PE License
• Experience with designing prestressed concrete/steel bridges and bridge analysis/design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, Lpile, SPColumn, MDX)
• Experience with MicroStation
• Proficient in AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ArDOT/KDOT/MoDOT Bridge Projects preferred
