About The Position

Grace Loves Lace is seeking a passionate Seasonal Bridal Stylist for their Seattle boutique. The role involves creating unforgettable moments for brides-to-be by providing exceptional service, warmth, and style. This is an opportunity to join an inspiring global brand for individuals with a flair for fashion, a love for love stories, and who thrive in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. This is a Seasonal contract opportunity with training starting in September 2026 until March 31st 2027. The schedule for both roles will be Friday - Sunday (3 days, 24 hours per week).

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
• Highest standard of attention to detail
• Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills. Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have work rights in the United States
• Will be required to provide two recent and relevant referees

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
• Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
• Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
• Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone - working off an iPad they are IT savvy!
• Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
• Act as brand ambassadors, wearing provided beautiful products while in the boutique
• Work weekends, which are the busiest boutique days
