About The Position

Grace Loves Lace is seeking a passionate Seasonal Bridal Stylist for their Atlanta boutique. The role involves creating unforgettable moments for brides-to-be by providing personalized styling appointments, exceptional service, and helping customers feel confident and beautiful. This is a seasonal contract position from September 2026 to March 31st, 2027, with a schedule of Friday to Sunday (24 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, a love for love stories, and thrive in a high-energy, customer-focused environment, acting as a brand ambassador for an inspiring global brand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
• Highest standard of attention to detail
• Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills
• Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
• Must be able to work weekends
• Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Mission and Values
• Work rights in the United States
• Provide two recent and relevant referees

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
• Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
• Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
• Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
• Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone
• Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
• Act as brand ambassadors, wearing provided beautiful products while in the boutique
• Work weekends, which are the busiest boutique days
