Full Time Bridal Stylist - Denver
About The Position
Grace Loves Lace is the world leader in innovative, modern bridal with an e-commerce store and an expanding boutique network worldwide. We are seeking a Full Time Bridal Stylist for our beautiful Denver Boutique located in the historic Dairy Block. This role requires a passion for the bridal industry, exceptional customer service, and the ability to drive sales. We look for talent committed to service excellence, who can build strong personal connections and act as brand ambassadors. With boutiques in Australia, the US, Canada, and London, there are ample opportunities for growth within the GLL brand. This is a full-time role working 4 days per week (32 hours), with priority on Thursday - Sunday, and requires open availability, including consistent weekend work as these are our busiest days.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
- Hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry
- Alignment with the Grace Loves Lace Mission and Values
- Must have work rights in the United States

- Experience using NetSuite is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
- Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
- Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone - working off an iPad
- Maintain a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
- Act as a brand ambassador, wearing our beautiful products while in the boutique
- Work weekends, as these are our busiest boutique days
