Full Time Bridal Stylist - New Jersey
About The Position
Grace Loves Lace, a global bridal brand, is seeking a charismatic and talented individual to join their New Jersey Boutique Sales Team as a Full Time Stylist. This role involves working in an elegant boutique alongside a diverse and talented team of bridal stylists, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for bridal fashion, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for helping brides find their perfect dress. The position requires working 5 days a week (40 hours) with open availability and a commitment to consistent weekend work, as these are the busiest days.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
- Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
- Must be able to work weekends

- Work rights in the United States
- Provide two recent and relevant referees

- Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone - working off an iPad
- Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned
- Act as brand ambassadors, wearing beautiful products while in the boutique
- Work weekends, as these are the busiest boutique days
