About The Position
The Brick Specialist ensures a signature experience for every guest visiting LEGO® stores by greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. They are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. The role also involves safely and efficiently operating the store stockroom, assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and identifying potential shortage situations. Additionally, the Brick Specialist resolves customer issues, reports challenging situations to management, engages with customers, utilizes promotional materials and loyalty programs, and typically handles store operational tasks while on duty.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
