About The Position
This position supports the Facilities Services Mason Shop, which provides total maintenance, service and repair to all campus buildings including building masonry walks, steps, ramps, all general concrete work, brick sidewalks, making various rock wall repairs, and all types of masonry tile repairs and step nosing on campus buildings.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Provide total maintenance, service and repair to all campus buildings.
- Perform building masonry walks, steps, and ramps.
- Complete general concrete work.
- Repair brick sidewalks.
- Make various rock wall repairs.
- Perform all types of masonry tile repairs.
- Repair step nosing on campus buildings.
Benefits
- Sign-on bonus of $4,081 (paid in 2 installments: $2,040.50 within 30 days of hire date & $2,040.50 12 months after hire date).
