About The Position
LaRiviere is seeking an experienced Brick Mason who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to contribute, and works safely alongside a construction crew.
Requirements
- Previous bricklaying or masonry experience.
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and follow instructions.
- Familiarity with masonry tools, materials, and installation methods.
- Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to communicate, take direction, and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lay brick, block, and other masonry materials according to project plans and specifications.
- Prepare and apply mortar; cut and fit materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate alignment, spacing, and level throughout installation.
- Complete masonry repairs and finish work.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the superintendent and crew to meet project schedules and safety requirements.
