Requirements

• 3+ years of masonry experience
• In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
• Comfort working at heights and in tight spaces (attics, roofs)
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work on a team or independently
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• A reliable work ethic and positive mindset

Responsibilities

• Handle a steady flow of masonry projects, completing brick, block, and stone work with attention to structural integrity and visual detail.
• Rebuild and repair chimneys.
• Install step and counter flashing systems.
• Identify underlying masonry conditions such as moisture intrusion or freeze-thaw damage.
• Operate safely on ladders, roofs, and staging.
• Support job site setup and breakdown.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers to ensure expectations are met and quality standards stay high.
