Requirements

  • In their 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree, studying Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or a related field, and returning to school in September 2027.
  • Graduating in December 2027 or later
  • Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec)
  • Can legally work in Canada
  • Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else)
  • Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full-time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver on a strategic project that is impactful to the operations of a brewery
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in our processes
  • Lead a strategic brewery improvement project focused on enhancing operational performance, process efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Brewmasters, Brewing Managers, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners to gain hands-on experience across brewhouse, cellar, and fermentation operations while developing a broad understanding of Supply Chain and brewery operations.
  • Analyze brewing, fermentation, quality, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize yields, reduce variability, improve process reliability, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Participate in daily operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to understand the impact of brewing decisions on quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Support brewing quality, food safety, sanitation (CIP/SIP), laboratory testing, sensory evaluation, and regulatory compliance programs while building technical expertise and contributing to the production of Canada's most iconic beers.
