About The Position

This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals. As a “Brewery Technician,” you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience. Fort Point HenHouse is a Bay Area brewing company made up of leading local, independent brands, San Francisco’s Fort Point Beer Co. and Sonoma County’s HenHouse Brewing Co. Requirements

• 2-5 years Brewery operations experience
• Complete Understanding of the Brewing Process, Measuring and Testing
• Wort Production Experience
• Brewery Facility and Equipment Sanitation Experience
• Centrifuge Operating Experience
• Canning and Kegging Experience
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Clean, organized and high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Warehousing experience
