Allagash Brewing Company is looking for an experienced shift brewer/cellar person to join our hard-working team. - Familiarity with a large automated brewhouse.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of a fully automated brewhouse, ensuring precision and consistency in every batch.
- Operating a centrifuge.
- Transferring beer between tanks.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Performing packaging work on canning, bottling, and kegging lines.
