About The Position

Boulevard Brewing Company is recognized as a leader in the high-end beer segment and is proud to be part of the Duvel Moortgat family of breweries. This position includes the operation and basic maintenance of raw materials handling, brewhouse operations, cellar management, and filtration procedures. Additional responsibilities include the analysis of various production and quality parameters.   • Ability to rotate through three shifts (early, swing, and night shifts), including weekends and holidays.
  • Expert level understanding of both Brewing, Cellaring and Filtration processes is strongly desired.
  • Expert level skills working with automated processes, interface and databases as well as manual brewery operations is strongly desired.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy grain sacks, kegs, and other brewing equipment, typically up to 55 pounds or more.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders within the brewery.
  • Working in environments with significant temperature fluctuations, including hot and cold areas.
  • Ability to operate valves, hoses, and other brewing equipment with precision.
  • Sustained physical activity throughout a long shift, often requiring continuous movement.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a brewer or food plant operator preferred.
