About The Position

Fort Point HenHouse is seeking experienced brewers to join its growing team of brewing professionals. In this Brewery Technician role, the employee will primarily work in the brewhouse and centrifuge and perform day-to-day cellar operations. The position contributes to total beer quality and successful production department outcomes. Ideal candidates have a passion for craft beer, significant brewing experience, and strong attention to detail.

Fort Point HenHouse is a Bay Area brewing company comprising Fort Point Beer Co. in San Francisco and HenHouse Brewing Co. in Sonoma County. The company offers locally made, independent beers and ciders recognized for freshness, consistency, and distinctive packaging.

The position is located at 322 Bellevue Ave., Santa Rosa, CA 95407. Compensation is $30 per hour. The schedule is five eight-hour shifts per week, with availability required for day, night, and swing shifts; assigned shifts may change.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of brewery operations experience.
• Complete understanding of the brewing process, measuring, and testing.
• Wort production experience.
• Experience sanitizing brewery facilities and equipment.
• Centrifuge operating experience.
• Canning and kegging experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.
• Clean and organized, with high attention to detail.
• Availability to work day, night, and swing shifts; assigned shifts are subject to change.

Nice To Haves

• Warehousing experience.
