About The Position

The Breeder Technician will work with and solve grower problems, establishing a good working relationship between the growers and the Company. They will provide current science that the Company provides to the growers to maximize their farm production. This role requires travel locally each day and a clean driving record. The position also involves reviewing data records and flocks, leading to progressive planning to resolve production-related issues. Requirements

• College (minimum 2 years), prefer Bachelor Degree in Poultry Science or similar field
• 2+ year’s applicable experience – Broilers or Breeders Farms
• Experience in leading organizational development and design activity
• Proactive
• Ability to work without Supervision
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• An independent thinker
• Able to apply knowledge to field situations
