About The Position
Winchester Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join their well-established and busy outpatient Breast Care Center. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a balance of clinical and administrative duties (32 hours clinical, 8 hours administrative). The role involves performing all surgeries at Winchester Hospital and working within a complete women’s care center alongside 3 experienced physicians and a dedicated support staff. Mammography and radiology services are available on-site.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Surgery
- Breast Fellowship Training preferred
- Experience in a comprehensive breast care center
- Leadership skills to foster team growth and development
