About The Position

Radiology Partners is seeking full-time and part-time Breast Radiologists to support Radiology Alliance practices in the greater Nashville area. The role focuses on dedicated breast imaging in a highly subspecialized model, including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, and stereotactic- and MRI-guided breast biopsies. The radiologist will collaborate with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists and represent the practice’s breast imaging expertise on relevant committees. The position primarily covers mammography and may assist with the general hospital worklist as capacity allows, with a focus on ultrasound, X-ray, and STAT CT. General diagnostic imaging shifts may also be available based on practice needs. Various schedules and hours are available, and the internal moonlighting program allows radiologists to work remotely from home as much or as little as they choose. Radiology Partners covers 13 hospitals and 17 imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Its shared resources and staffing support a collaborative, physician-led team and allow incoming providers to customize their roles to personal goals and preferences. The salary range is $600,000–$900,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Full-time employees are eligible for a commencement bonus and a benefits package that includes a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, time off, and health, life, disability, and malpractice insurance.
