About The Position

Radiology Partners is seeking an on-site outpatient Breast Radiologist for imaging centers in the Greater Nashville area. The role focuses exclusively on breast imaging studies and procedures and offers a collaborative, physician-led practice environment with shared resources, state-of-the-art technology, and infrastructure designed to support efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes. The practice covers hospitals and imaging centers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, and may offer flexibility to customize a role to personal goals and preferences. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 9-hour daytime shifts. There is no call, weekend, or night work. Compensation includes $40 per RVU plus a $500 on-site premium, with a stated salary range of $600,000–$900,000 and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. A commencement bonus and relocation assistance are offered. Unlimited remote moonlighting opportunities are available for additional income. The position is based on-site in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Fellows and residents are welcome to apply. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, have completed Diagnostic Radiology residency, and be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. A breast imaging fellowship is preferred, and candidates must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, or able to obtain licensure in both states.

Responsibilities

Interpret and perform breast imaging studies and procedures.
Provide outpatient breast radiology services at imaging centers in the Greater Nashville area.
