About The Position

Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI), a local radiology practice serving patients and clients for over 50 years and part of Radiology Partners since 2019, is hiring a Breast Radiologist for a full-time position in central New Jersey. The role provides breast imaging support for outpatient imaging centers in and around Trenton, including Windsor Radiology in East Windsor, RAI Lawrenceville, RAI Hamilton, and Holy Redeemer Women's Healthcare. The position is 100% breast imaging, covering screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. The schedule is hybrid, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no call, nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays required. Breast procedures such as stereotactic-, MRI-, or ultrasound-guided biopsies and Magseed or needle localization are desirable but not required. Physicians are eligible for partnership after one year of service. The practice offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, eight weeks of PTO in the first year and nine weeks at partnership, and possible commencement, retention, productivity, and stipend incentives. The stated salary range is $500,000–$700,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Final compensation may depend on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
Residency training in an ACGME-accredited radiology program.
Fellowship training in women's imaging.
Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with breast procedures, including stereotactic-, MRI-, or ultrasound-guided biopsies and Magseed or needle localization; procedures are desirable but not required.
