About The Position
The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused Server for AM Breakfast and evening shifts as needed to join its fun-spirited team! Join our dynamic Food and Beverage team and play a crucial role in elevating our hotel's restaurant and outlet services! Food Servers are essential to the restaurant team's success and provide outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of Server experience in a similar role; size of operation preferred.
- Alcohol Beverage server certification is preferred.
- Food handler certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
- Enthusiastically take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders. Regularly revisit the table to ensure beverages are refilled and guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
- Maintain daily restaurant organization, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.
