As our Morning Server, you’re the friendly face that keeps it all flowing. This is a buffet-forward experience (no taking orders at the table), so your craft is in the details: welcoming and seating guests with a smile, keeping the buffet looking crisp and replenished, bussing and resetting like a pro, and reading the room so service feels smooth and easy. Sundays are a showstopper: our historic brunch with made-to-order omelets, a carving station, and an elevated buffet vibe. You’ll help guide guests, support the team on the line and the floor, and keep the experience polished from first pour to final plate. Speaking of pours—our morning beverage program includes mimosas, bellinis, champagne, and scratch Bloody Marys, so responsible alcohol service and confident, friendly guest interaction are part of the gig.
