The Breakfast Server is responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of the buffet, ensuring all items are well-stocked. This role involves greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, explaining specials and promotions, and serving water, coffee, and food and drink orders in the dining area. The server will also clear tables efficiently, observe guests to fulfill additional requests, maintain the quality and consistency of food served, and ensure the station is properly set up and clean before, during, and after shifts. Additionally, the server will handle checks and payments or direct guests to the cashier. The working hours for this position begin at 5:30 am.
