Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their meal and service.
- Complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
