About The Position

The Server is responsible for providing outstanding Service in line with Hilton Core values & principles of Service Excellence. Position will currently be for SAT & SUN only with options to pick up more shifts in the near future.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently maintain great and friendly Service with all Hilton Guests. Welcoming
• Ensures Full restocking and cleaning for the next shift.
• Serves orders quickly - serves hot foods hot and serves cold foods as cold
• Attentive to guest needs such as keeping beverages full, serving condiments before food delivered and checking back with guests on their meal
