Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a calm and professional manner
Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and inform them of daily specials, menu changes, and recommendations.
Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Monitor guests’ dining experience and address any needs or concerns, ensuring that they are fully satisfied with their meal and service.
Complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
