Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous Serving experience
- Ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards
- Receiving guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
- Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards
- Following proper food and liquor handling procedures
- Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices.
