About The Position
Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, CA, is seeking a full-time experienced Breakfast/Morning Line Cook. This role is for a driven individual who will immediately contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. The primary focus will be on preparing various food products for restaurant and banquet operations, specifically for Breakfast and Morning menu items.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training
Nice To Haves
- Experienced Breakfast / Morning Cook preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepares sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs.
- Utilizes whole food products eliminating any waste.
- Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
- Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner.
- Requisitions inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production.
- Ensures proper storage of food items, wraps, dates, and rotates food items.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Must be available to work mornings starting at 6:00 am weekdays and weekends.
- Must be available holidays.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
