This role focuses exclusively on morning shifts, offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work in a prime waterfront location. The ideal candidate will possess strong cooking skills, a team-first mentality, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized station. This is a year-round opportunity with a growing hospitality group.

Requirements

• 2+ years line cook experience
• Breakfast experience is a big plus
• Someone who shows up early and ready
• Strong fundamentals and attention to detail
• Team-first mentality
• Weekend availability
• Coachable, dependable, and takes pride in their craft

Responsibilities

• Running a fast, clean, organized breakfast station
• Cooking eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, sauté items - all with precision
• Moving with urgency without losing your cool
• Keeping your station tight, stocked, and dialed in
• Working as part of a professional, no-drama kitchen team
