About The Position

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Marlborough is looking for a dependable, energetic Morning Breakfast Cook to join their Food & Beverage team. The complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is one of the highlights of guests' stays, and they are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a great dining experience. The typical hours are 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability required based on business needs.

Requirements

Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Strong attention to detail and food quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
Must be authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations
Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience
