About The Position

The Farnam, Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE is seeking a remarkable Breakfast Line Cook. This role is responsible for preparing food according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen. The cook will provide warm, knowledgeable service to support a positive guest experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Basic math and recipe‑reading skills.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen equipment.
Ability to demonstrate culinary techniques safely.
Work in varying temperatures (freezer to hot kitchen).
Stand and move for long periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 250 lbs.
Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
Use knives, kitchen tools, and equipment safely.
Maintain visual and hearing awareness in a busy environment.
Maintain required licenses or permits.

Responsibilities
