About The Position

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items with consistency and care using standardized recipes. This role supports breakfast setup, line prep, and kitchen opening/closing duties, while adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The cook will also operate and maintain kitchen equipment and dishwashing stations, ensure food is prepped for the following day, and assist with inventory rotation.

Requirements

  • Prior culinary or food service experience (6 months preferred)
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
  • A positive, team-first attitude with flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary certification is a plus
